The Masseria

The Masseria Piccinna is located on the border between the micro region Grecia Salentina and the towns of the serre Salentine. It was built in the early 800' by a local noble family and was both a summer residence of the family and as well a collection center for the goods producted in the surrounding countryside. Immersed in the Mediterranean landscape between olive groves and vineyards, the Masseria Piccinna, which also names the homonymous contrada, represents the typical rural Salentine architecture.
Outside and inside the Masseria there are big spaces, rooms with star ceiling, two large terraces outlooking the beautiful fields.
